Euonymus training is aimed at education professionals looking for a hands on, interactive learning environment and high quality, personalised professional development.
Training courses and packages focus on supporting wellbeing, working with children with specific learning needs, promoting positive interactions in the classroom, managing home/ school relationships effectively, communication skills and language for learning.
We design bespoke professional development packages to meet the needs of your setting. After an initial 30 minute FREE consultation meeting, we will design a package to meet your training needs. A second meeting to revise and check that the content meets your needs is set up prior to the training package commencing. A typical package consists of whole staff INSET up to an hour, followed by 2 'on task' learning visits to observe and discuss the learning in practice. A final follow up session will be held for staff to review learning and consider next steps.
Our 5 star feedback includes comments like; "Really useful training supported by clear and helpful handouts." "The training promoted a lot of positive points that I can use in everyday practice." "The informal learning in practice meant I felt at ease, it was very informative and interesting." "A good mix of background knowledge and really useful practical advice." "The training was delivered really well in a friendly, approachable and professional manner."
Euonymus strongly believe that the learning environment adults and children alike is an essential feature of any positive developmental experience. We promote and develop small, bespoke and personalised learning to ensure that everyone can take away what they need from the course or programme. We will happily come to you or can easily arrange a calm training setting (indoor or out!) All resources are available to take away and in e-format on request. Snacks are always provided to fuel the brain.
In addition Euonymus work with Cambridge Forest Schools to deliver INSET and staff CPD focussing on using outdoor learning to support pupil and staff wellbeing.
Many of our 'set' courses are held in natural outdoor spaces where our campfire is lit and campfire snacks are provided. Perfect settings for sharing, relaxing and developing our own learning.
